Terms of Service

These terms apply to all services provided by Imperium Pressure Washing (ABN 81 254 863 265) ("we", "us", "our") to the customer ("you"). By booking or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide and are valid for 30 days. If the job on-site differs materially (larger area, heavier soiling, access issues) we'll confirm any revised price with you before proceeding. Prices include GST unless stated otherwise.

Bookings and cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a call-out fee to cover allocated crew time.

Access, water and power

You agree to provide safe site access and reasonable use of on-site water and power for the duration of the job. Please secure pets, close windows and remove fragile items from work areas before we arrive.

Property condition

Pressure washing and soft washing are restorative — they will not repair pre-existing damage such as failing paint, cracked render, loose mortar, perished sealants, rust bleed or deeply etched staining. We'll flag anything we notice on arrival and recommend you address it before we proceed.

Our guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the finish on a surface we cleaned, contact us within 7 days and we'll return to re-clean the affected area at no extra cost. The guarantee does not cover new soiling, weather events, or surfaces excluded from the original scope.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and card. Overdue invoices may attract reasonable recovery costs.

Liability

We carry public liability insurance and take reasonable care on every job. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the amount paid for the affected work. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Service area

We service Canberra and surrounding regions. Jobs outside our standard service area may be quoted separately.
